Cancellation policy

Subscriptions

Some products may be purchased through our Subscribe & Save program. When you purchase a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries at the frequency you select. Your payment method will be stored securely, and you will be charged when each recurring order is processed.

Subscriptions continue automatically until canceled. We will send you a reminder before each recurring shipment.

You may skip, change, or cancel your subscription at any time without a cancellation fee or minimum commitment. You can manage your subscription using the link provided in your subscription emails or by contacting us at shave@pacificshaving.com.

To avoid being charged for an upcoming delivery, please cancel or skip it before the order is processed. Canceling a subscription stops future deliveries but does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been processed or shipped.
