I used it for an aftershave after using an electric shaver on my face and it is soothing. No shock like you get from an aftershave that contains alcohol and artificial dyes.

This is a great product, just wish it wasn't quite as oily but it does not take much product to apply.Very little or no scent, leaves something to be desired if you are looking for something with a scent. That said, if you don't want a scent then this is for you. Doubt I would purchase again but I do love the caffeianted after shave!
